How Carol does this
Carol starts at the top with CEOs, Founders or Directors.
She establishes the “pain” and the perceived problem.
She then considers the goals and current scenario, before meeting the relevant teams, from Board downwards to test understanding of the scenario, pain and problems.
All this work is Coaching based.
It is about drawing out the issues, opportunities and action plans that can deliver sustainable change across the organisation or business, in a timely fashion, and be owned and implemented by the teams involved.
Throughout the process she works with Senior and Emerging Leaders and Board Members to connect with their Maverick Mindset to become World-Class leaders to ensure agility, adaptability and innovation become key drivers of future performance.
