Transformation Usually Starts With a Question

Yesterday wasn't about creating something new.
It was about paying attention.
After the recent London event, I've spent time reflecting on what landed, what didn't, and what I need to do differently.
So yesterday I decamped to upstairs at CYCLE360.
Chamomile Tea. Notes. Questions. More notes.
And a conversation with my favourite thinking partners… the 3Cs.
What struck me is that I've drifted too far towards talking about what I know.
The models. The frameworks. The research.
All useful.
But not the whole story.
The real work has always happened somewhere else.
In curiosity. In reflection. In challenging assumptions. In making connections others don't see. In helping people discover there's more in them than their title, expertise, or qualifications.
Most people imagine transformation happens in a workshop.
Or because someone gives them a brilliant framework.
My experience?
Transformation usually starts with a question.
A pause.
A conversation.
A moment when someone realises:
"Maybe I'm more than the thing I've become known for."
That's the work.
And sometimes it starts with a yellow notepad, a cuppa, and the willingness to rethink your own thinking.
The future won't belong to the people who know the most.
It will belong to the people who keep learning, questioning, adapting, and becoming.
Yesterday was one of those days for me.
What about you?
