Carol has led across sectors she did not technically belong in, from the Isle of Man TT Races to Halfords Autocentres.
That experience shaped a distinctive approach to leadership. Expertise matters, but it cannot be the whole identity. When certainty disappears, leaders need something deeper to stand on.
Her work brings together executive coaching, leadership development, positive psychology and decades of lived experience at the sharp end of change.
